Kaizen Studio is a London-based event photography and videography studio built around a small, deliberate team — one shooter, one editor, with trusted additional shooters for larger productions and multi-room events.

How we work
Calm, considered, in the room.
Events are made up of a hundred small moments — the speaker before the lights come up, the handshake in the corner, the room as it fills. We aim to disappear into the rhythm of the day so those moments happen the way they were going to anyway, and we're there to make a record of them.
Selection and edit matter as much as the shoot. We deliver tight, considered galleries — not 800 raw files. Each frame is chosen because it is doing work: telling a part of the day, or standing up on its own as an image.
Kaizen — continuous, incremental improvement — is the name and the practice. Every event teaches us something we use the next time: a better angle from a particular stage layout, a faster turnaround routine, a calmer way of working with a tense schedule. The studio gets a little sharper, shoot by shoot.

London, UK-wide, worldwide.
We're based in London and most of our work is here, from City conferences and Shoreditch product launches to rooftop parties in the summer.
We travel UK-wide at cost — Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, anywhere the brief sends us. For larger productions we work internationally; tell us where and we'll quote.
